Our residential portfolio spans compact family homes to larger luxury villas, each designed around how the owners actually live rather than a fixed floor plan. We handle everything from soil testing and foundation work through to final painting and handover, using ISI-certified steel and premium cement throughout. A good number of these homes were built for NRI clients who tracked the entire construction remotely through weekly WhatsApp photo and video updates, proof that distance doesn't have to mean losing control over quality or budget.

Our interior work is where the finer details come through — modular kitchens designed for how families actually cook, TV units and mirror units that fit the room instead of just filling it, and finishing choices that hold up to Pondicherry's climate. Because our interior team coordinates with the construction crew from the design stage, plumbing, wiring, and false ceiling levels are planned in from day one, avoiding the patched-together look that comes from retrofitting interiors after a house is already built.
